Find A Campsite For Your Motorhome Holiday, Event or Festival
Our Motorhomes rentals come with FREE ‘Privilege Club Membership Card’ to The Camping and Caravanning Club. This temporary membership to The Camping and Caravanning club is included, at no extra cost, with all our hires, giving you the benefit of greater choice and saving money, when searching for the perfect campsite location.
As part of the Camping and Caravanning Club’s Motorhome Hire Privilege Scheme you have access to over 110 participating campsites, at discounted rates, throughout the duration of your hire period.
On collection of your motorhome your privilege pack will be in your rental motorhome.
The pack includes a welcome book that contains, campsites, fees etc. But dont forget you can go online and search for your perfect campsite and to book by calling the below telephone numbers. Unfortunatley you cannot book using their online website when using the privilege scheme.

You can book directly online via The Camping and Caravanning Club website. You do not need a members login, so please do not click on 'members login' unless you have your own personal membership.
HOW TO BOOK ONLINE
Once your on to The Camping and Caravanning Website - home page
- ENTER: destination, dates, camping unit = motorhome, vehicle size (sizes are on our website on each motorhome page).
- FIND: search for your campsite and click 'BOOK THIS SITE'
- PITCH TYPE: select pitch type (we always advise hardstanding with electric, but you can use grass) Electric hook-up is always advised but the motorhome can run for a number of hours on the 12v leisure battery, you will just need to restart the engine to re-charge the 12v battery.
- Click CONTINUE WITH BOOKING
- On the next page (Ignore the Members Log In button), fill-in the information required including
- Party Details
- Pitch
- Estimated time of arrival
- NEXT APPLY PROMOTIONAL CODE* - please call West's Motorhome Hire for this code
- Check Campsite booking and pricing details, if happy - Click CONTINUE WITH BOOKING
- On the next page (Ignore the Members Log In button), fill-in the information required
- check all information, dates, pitch, etc is correct
- Under payment details - SELECT 'Payment Amount'
- Read and then TICK you have read and understood their booking terms and conditions
- Click CONTINUE WITH PAYMENT
- COMPLETE PAYMENT by entering your payment card
- CONFIRMATION - Read and check your booking confirmation is correct, keep your confirmation safe.
