Collection and Return Times For Camper Vans and Motor Homes

Collection and return times of our campervans and motorhomes must be pre-booked as an appointment slot at the time of booking. 

Earliest collection time -  1 hour after business opens*

Latest return time - 1 hour before the business closes*

Collection times throughout the day are on the hour i.e. 9am, 10am, 11am, 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm 

Motorhomes must be returned back at the same time as the collection time you have booked. 

We estimate you will be at our hire depot for 1 hour upon collection, this should allow enough time for you to produce your identification, complete the necessary paperwork etc and hand over tour with one of our friendly team. 

Should you wish to pick up at 10am on the day of collect, but drop back at 4 pm on the day of return, then an additional day rental will apply, this must be pre-booked at the time of  your original booking.  It might be possible to added additional rentals days at the time of collection, but this is subject to availability.  If you are travelling outside of mainland UK, you will need to ensure all rental days are booked 2 weeks in advance, additional rental days might not be possible to add-on upon collection.

To make everything run as smoothly as possible for ourselves and our customers, we ask that you arrive on time for your collection appointment/slot and upon return, make sure you hand the motor home, its keys etc into our reception desk 5 minutes before your actual return time, on your return date.

Should you wish to return your motorhome early, please call us on 01708 556237 the day before to arrange a return time slot.

DELAYS

Please ensure you allow extra time upon your return back to the Wests Motorhome Hire depot for unloading and cleaning of the motorhome as well as traffic jams or any other possible delays.  Most motorhomes are booked out straight after your actual return date and time, and delays of any sort can cause major problem for us and the next hirer**.
