We have provided some optional extras to help make your Wests Motorhome holiday that little more special.
Motorhome rentals that are 21 days or more will receive discounted rates on items charged at a per day or weekly rate. Please contact for a quotation or call us on 01708 556237.

ZONE 1, 2, 3, 4 is at an additional charge on top of our standard mainland UK prices.
Motorists travelling abroad (outside of mainland UK) in a UK registered vehicle must carry its original Vehicle Registration Document (VRD or V5). As you are hiring a vehicle from us, we will not release the original VRD. The Vehicle on Hire Certificate is the normal alternative, which can be carried by the driver in lieu of the original VRD.
This document is not automatically added to your booking even if you have ordered European cover. You will need to request/order this document from us. You must ordered this document at the time of making your booking. We cannot get this document within 8 days of your collection date.

European cover subject to availability at the time of booking.
Additional charge applies if you wish to travel to any of the above listed countries in Zones 1, 2, 3 and 4.
UK cover is included as standard (mainland UK only - mainland England, Scotland, Wales ).
Any countries that are not listed above we cannot allow our vehicle to go to.
You must list each and every individual country you wish to travel to in the rental vehicle when requesting a quotation on on your request to book a motorhome form. Also check your booking confirmation to ensure your booking includes the countries (each country will be listed individually) that you can travel to. If there is a country missing, you will need to add the countries cover onto your booking where an additional charge will apply. (Subject to availability.)
QUOTATIONS & BOOKINGS
When requesting a quotation you must state each and every country you wish to travel to/through in the rental vehicle and the quantity of any optional extras you require so that we can provide you with a quotation. If your quotation does not state any optional extras that you require (i.e. Zone 1, 2, 3 and 4 cover with each individual country listed and with the quantity of, bedding, gas, camping chairs, bicycle hire, etc) then you have not been quoted for them and you will need to request a new quotation to include the optional extras you require.
If you have already made a booking, then any optional extras that have been ordered and that are included will be listed individually on your booking confirmation including the quantity of each item, if they are not listed then you will need to add them to your booking, where an additional charge will apply for each optional extra added.
