Online Motorhome Booking Request
Please read the below information before proceeding with an online booking request.
All drivers must answer YES to all the below questions
Should you or any other driver answer no, this does not necessary mean we cannot hire to you, please call us on 01708 556237 for an insurance clearence before proceeding.
- I live in the UK.
- I hold a full valid UK driving licence or EU driving licence with a valid passport.
- I am aged between 25 and 70 years of age.
- I have held a full valid UK or EU driving licence for 2 years or more.
- I have not had any accidents or insurance claims within the last three years (including non fault).
- My driving licence does not have more than 2 minor motoring endorsements (that have no more than 3 penalty points on each endorsement) with the last 5 years.
- I have not been disqualified from driving within the last 11 years.
- I can produce all of the following Identification upon collection of the vehicle in my name and current address.
- Full valid UK driving licence with a valid licence share code from the GOV.UK website
- OR EU driving licence with a valid passport.
- A debit card or credit card
- Two recent proofs of address dated within 3 months my collection date - these will be either
- Utiliy bill - gas, electric, water, tv licence, landline phone bill
- Bank statement
- Credit card statement
- Council tax invoice for the current year
- the two proofs of address will be from different suppliers (i.e. 2 x bank statements, one from barclays, one from Natwest)
- If I am taking the vehicle out of mainland UK, I will also produce my valid passport
- The main drivers debit card or credit card will be supplied as payment of the Secuirty Deposit
